 Books & Cacao

Books and Cacao (starting in January of 2025) is a discussion group focused on books from diverse perspectives and knowledge systems that explore the consciousness of plants, animals, and fungi. Those who engage in these circles are responsible for obtaining Cacao from Quatro Manos y Cinco Volcanes and the books being discussed from a local library, favorite local book store, or other venue. Participants will receive a video about how to prepare their Cacao ahead of time, and participants are expected to read the book associated with the circle(s) they choose to join. During these circles, we will connect with Cacao, discuss the book for the month, and ask Cacao to act as a conduit through whom to connect with species explored in the book for the month.

Meetings are on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7pm EST. Circles will be recorded and copies of the recordings will be sent out to those who have registered before the circle begins.
